What We Value

HUMBLE SERVICE

GROWTH TOGETHER

PASSIONATE COMMITMENT

PROPHETIC REST

We strive to develop leaders who recognize their own brokenness, weaknesses, and limitations and are willing to let Jesus be the impressive one. Rather than solely focusing on extracting value from our community, we prioritize creating value for our neighbors. Our desire to grow as leaders is rooted in glorifying God and benefiting those around us. We understand that true gospel currency involves sacrificing ourselves for the sake of others and we embrace a servant mentality over a consumeristic mindset.

We recognize that life is not a solo mission, and that we can go further when we work together. We all have different strengths, passions, and abilities, and when they are combined, we can achieve more. By embracing the "One Another" passages in the Bible, we aim to create a supportive community where we learn from one another, grow together, and leave better equipped to make a difference in our world.

We strive to live between idealism and cynicism. We aim to seize the day and live in the present with a hopeful and redemptive mindset, while embracing the grit and endurance needed to produce real, lasting fruit in a fallen world. While acknowledging that integrating faith and work can be tedious and challenging, we fight to build a rich imagination for how God is using and redeeming our daily work.

In a world obsessed with advancement, optimization, and perfection, it is a necessity to find rest in God's goodness, provision, and promises. By prioritizing sabbath and wholeness, we build a deeper foundation for the totality of our lives. We are not defined by our work or accomplishments, but by our identity as eternal sons and daughters of the King. We want to create a program that honors sabbath, limits, and wholeness, while recognizing God’s ability to accomplish more with less.
